Guild Rank Structure Empty
PostSubject: Guild Rank Structure   Guild Rank Structure Icon_minitimeTue Nov 11, 2008 8:01 pm

Queldor has finalised the ranks, and they are as below:

CraftMaster
- The head of the guild. At the end of the day this is Queldor's guild, he is the boss. What he says goes. Obviously, it is within his interests not to behave recklessly, as he is only a leader if he has a following.

Sorceror
- Second in command. His power is only valid if Queldor is unavailable for whatever reason, even if it is that Queldor is offline at the time.

CraftLord
- Officer first class, third in command. Their purpose will be to act as the superior guild officers, who will be resonsible for making sure their avatars are able to do their job wthin the guild, by recruiting, and internal policing. They will make sure officers pay their tributes.

Avatar
- Officer second class, these officers run the guild in everyday raiding activities. They will form raiding groups and will lead the raid groups throug instances, even if a higher officer is in the group. A superior officer may take command, but the benefit of being above Avatar means he doesn't have to. Non officer members will be assigned to an avatar, and he will be your representative on the council, should any guild decisions need to be made.

Oracle
- The highest member rank. This is for members who have an established place within an Avatar's raid group. Obviously, there will only be a set number of Oracles, depending on how many avatars/raid groups we have. If the guild grows considerably, the coucil (Avatars and above) may commission a new Avatar to form a new raid group.

Strategist
- These are members who have progressed well and have decided that they would like to be considered for a permanent place in a guild raid group. They will have shown commitment to the guild by helping lower ranking members. Be prepared to take orders. You won't be asked to do anything you really can't or don't want to do, but such tasks will include boosting an acolyte on the designated boost days. It is here you will show commitment to the guild, and be considered for Oracle membership.

Acolyte
- The second member class, and official permanent rank within the guild. From here the only way is up. This is the highest rank for players up to level 50

Alt
- If you have an alt in the guild this is the rank it will occupy.

The way the guild will work is that the Avatars will each lead their own raid groups. They may select their own individuals for that, and are restricted only if a superior officer says they would like to attend one of their raids. Guild members always get priority.

Members will be allowed alts in the guild, but they will only be allowed to be ranked at Acolyte. Once they reach 70/80, they may be considered for promotion.
